Robert Naylor has more than three decades of experience as a high-profile reporter, editor, news executive, mentor, coach and trainer. He has a diverse background with expertise in leadership development, coaching, team building, talent management, planning, strategy and diversity. As a consultant, Robert helps businesses, academic institutions, member associations and nonprofit organizations of all sizes create tailored programs that build employee performance and engagement, improve communication and collaboration and develop new leaders. He is also an experienced and accomplished diversity and inclusion practitioner. Robert has a bachelor's degree in mass communications with a journalism concentration from Jackson State University and a master's degree in organizational leadership with emphases in servant leadership and diversity leadership from Gonzaga University. He also has a graduate certificate in leadership studies from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is a certified coach, having received his professional coaching certification through the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. Robert is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association, the Association for Talent Development, the International Coach Federation and the Gay Coaches Alliance.
